Chef Jeff Christiansen discovered his love of food after graduating from Iowa State University and moving to the beautiful, food-rich city of Chicago. After spending 12 years in the advertising industry, Jeff opted for a career change and enrolled in the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Jeff’s first job in the hospitality industry was at the W Hotel in Chicago’s famed downtown loop. That was followed by a position at TRU Restaurant, a world-renowned restaurant offering progressive French cuisine.

After moving to Austin, Jeff worked at the Lake Austin Spa Resort and eventually landed at Hudson’s on the Bend in Lakeway as Sous Chef before joining Chateau Bellevue as Executive Chef in 2010. His food philosophy is simple food, freshly prepared.

Sales and Events Manager

Mandy was born and raised in Austin, TX. She graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Interior Design. While in school, she worked at a wedding venue where she became interested in the Wedding Industry. She began working at Chateau Bellevue in 2011 shortly after graduation. She married her high school sweetheart on their 9 year anniversary in 2014. When not at work you can find her doing something outdoors, doing something creative/crafty, or hanging out with family and friends.

Office Manager

Lacie was hired at the Chateau in September of 2015. She had lived in Austin her whole life until 19 years old and moving to Pennsylvania. Coming back home to Texas in 2015 she started college and studies to be a Journalist, hoping to one day become a Sports Analyst. She has a 4 year old son named Anthony, named after her favorite super hero – Ironman. Besides being a mother, she enjoys anything adventurous and bold.
